Your order will be shipped within 2-6 weeks (depending on how full our production queue is at the time of your order being received). Chest - Measure around the chest as normal.

Sleeve Length: Measure from the top of the arm where the shoulder seam will be, down the outside of the arm to where you want the cuff.
